SJ02 is now able to move about the floor. Her sole aim seems to remove the contents of the bottom shelf of the coffee table and tear it all up. :-/

Ah, that moment when you've spent the last few months encouraging them to crawl around then realise that it's actually the last thing you need. No more leaving them on the play mat while you make a cuppa unless you want to come back to a de-constructed living room

Exactly. Left her one the play mat earlier only to find her staring at me from the kitchen floor in the time it takes to make a coffee. She had 12ft of hallway to traverse as well. Best to go for a ride and leave Mrs Stan to it I feel

Nick, I'm sorry but you've known all along that Mrs Dan could give me things you could only dream of. We had fun though, didn't we?

    Cheers chaps!

Bike you say? Ride you say? Now you say?

well (don't laugh) I am riding coast to coast (on road) over 2 days for charideee, in September. As I don't do riding of more than 20 miles it's going to be a challenge ...

    Congratulations Dan.

I would google the CTFD Parenting method and disregard all advice given by everyone especially the grandparents.

I have to say BHB-Jr was a joy at 24/12, do whatever BHB says!

And Nobby-Jr was an enthusiastic pit-bitch.

I may have to revise my opinions on children.

    Nice one Dan

I would strongly advise you to spend the next few months stocking up on sleep, and sex - because you aren't going to be getting much of eithwr for the next eighteen years....

You'll never forget the feeling of prodding the baby's head repeatedly.

Was he talking about with his cock in utero or pushing that soggy bit of brain when the thing is born?
