A heavy frost here this morning, country lanes nice and slick looking - glad I only walk to work these days!!Glorious sunrise tho, and a light dusting of snow on the hills - made you feel glad to be alive.

Went for a night ride last night.Extremely cold. Conditions very very icy. Its one of the few occasions when it has been cold enough to wear both GoreTex shell and GoreTex trousers and not be far too hot.It was character building, but not sure if it was fun. the icy conditions meant i did not get home for me dinner till around 11pm.
