absolutely beautiful day at Glentress today! sunny with dry dusty trails. My Garmin claimed it was 20C when i set off, and the car said 16C for the drive home. Sadly spring has not sprung in Edinburgh, its a bit nippy, 6C and foggy.

Indeed and it's stunning out there. I can only think, for me at least, it's due to the sudden change from what we were experiencing a few weeks ago that has made this recent spell so nice. From what I've heard I fear it'll change into something colder just as quickly by the end of the week.

Sooo warm and sunny, my colleagues and I felt obliged to stop for a pint in a sunny beer garden on the way home today.

First bit of sunburn today, followed by an MRI scan.

A full day working in the sun tomorrow will probably result in my annual bout of sunstroke - I never learn.

MRI scan, Hans? Hope things are ok?

Bit of sunburn here too - and it's quite surprising to be getting a tan in March.

I have some weird hyper-sensitised hearing issues after suffering for years with tinitus. It's probably just an extension of the symptoms but it's getting annoying and slightly painful, especially in high treble environments.

Strangely, today was the first time I've actually drifted-off in the bloody noisy thing. Might've been the Meatloaf tracks playing in the headphones...

Sunny but cooler, here, for sure. Just been out repairing and installing security lights/cameras/lasers and had to pop a sweatshirt on. Brrr.

its still sunny, but there is a cold wind blowing. You can feel the change in weather coming. Wonder if we will get the 6" of snow that has been forecast this weekend? well doubt will see much in Central Scotland.. hmm wonder if Glencoe will open for snowboarding?
