Good wet conditions last night. We even tried white water cycling - great fun!

    indeed.

This Thurs is an away-day (night) ride from Embsay. I've forgotten name of pub, but it's the usual one next to the top car park.

Elm Tree Rob, shame I'll miss it heading the other way [Ilkley] tonight.

ah yes, I found out in the end, not that I'll remember.

Embsay deserted as ever but that carpark is always full...

Anyone want an old little kids bike with the pedals missing to use as ride on for their 2 - 4 year old? Free to a good home.

I seem to have fallen into a parents and kids MTB ride on Thursdays after school so struggling to get away for an evening ride. I can offer a Roundhay ride if anyone fancies but also happy to concede to another nearby.

    Cheers Joe,

Some great bits of singletrack on last nights ride. Even stayed dry too!

Had a good ride on Weds from The Woodside @ Horsforth. Thanks for leading Andy.

Talking in the bar afterwards and there was a feeling that there are not too many rides being organised here in North Leeds so:-

    1. In the spirit of getting things going again for the start of the summer (should be here by now - it's only about 6 weeks to the longest day!).

    2. Because I haven't posted on here for so v long

    3. Because I haven't led a NLMTB ride for even longer

I thought I would post up for a ride on MONDAY night (has to be Mon as I am away working on Tuesday) so:-

Meet at The Darcy on Harrogate Road @ 6:30pm

Hope I am not on my own .

    No one gets left behind.

Sorry Guys, I had promised to take a lad from work out for a spin, lo-tech, and steady. 12miles 4 hours. I will be there tonight to bring down the pace a little!
