For most of us just riding more would increase performance rather than chucking £ @ Gucci bikes or components. Have HT I built and a mildly tweaked off the peg Fs am over biked on both and would now benefit from more riding and increased fitness. Just ride for fun when I have the time.. fair play to those that can devote more time to it!
