Pure Racing drop Kind shock so no warranty support for dropper posts

Just a quick heads up to anyone with a Kind Shock dropper post. My i7 started to drop whenever I sat on it and after returning it to my LBS I was told the importer has dropped them. After much faffing i was able to find an email for KS HQ in taiwan and they replied with this


As you know, Pure Racing ceased being our exclusive distributor and service center in UK. For the service work, we are discussing with our Europe distributors to figure out a better way to handle this part during the transition period. We will let you know the result as soon as possible

So until this is resolved there is no warranty support for KS products, so buyer beware......
