The defining feature of AOC Fronton winesis the fact that they are made predominantly from the Negrette grape variety, which is almost exclusive to the area. It gives a perfumed character to the wines, which are typically best drunk within a few years of vintage. The wines are sometimes described as having slightly 'foxy' or 'animal' scents, complemented by lighter floral notes such as violets. Negrette vines require hot, dry growing conditions.

Its not something you find over here brought some back, but now down to 4 bottles.
