    Cold feet

No, not in the "Dear John" sense, I mean it in the "2 blocks of ice at the end of my legs" sense. Bloody Freezing they are!

Does anyone have a well-trained dog that I could borrow for the evening to use as a foot warmer?

I think a German web site will be as close to that as you're going to get...

Basement Cat is out of the question for obvious reasons (i.e. I wish to keep my feet with their skin still on....)

Basement Cat Mk II is useless. He just goes "Meep" and buggers off to chase random bits of fluff.

You need to maniplate your toes like as you would if playing a piano, toe by toe, that will get the circulation back to them, also raising them above head height(preferably when lying flat)otherwise you may fall over.
