No, not in the "Dear John" sense, I mean it in the "2 blocks of ice at the end of my legs" sense. Bloody Freezing they are!

You need to maniplate your toes like as you would if playing a piano, toe by toe, that will get the circulation back to them, also raising them above head height(preferably when lying flat)otherwise you may fall over.
