Don't sell your soul to your job/career......................somebody else can do it/you are not indispensable/no, they won't miss you when you're gone(really). Just make sure that they know that you can do it better than anyone else.
Smile more. Before you grumble about your lot, read the BBC news website - it could be much, much worse.

Banish all grasping, your mind is a stampeding elephant, once the mind is tamed, enlightenment will follow. Try and be compassionate towards all sentient beings, even love your enemies.

Not sure how supporting Leeds Utd can make you enjoy life DM ? Thought that would make you suicidal after the shannegians (move that word to t'other thread) of recent years.

It takes commitment, loyalty, love and a certain degree of stubborness to support LUFC - think of them as transferable skills.

My brother is a Leeds supporter.....and he was born and bred in Surrey. Poor deluded fool!

Still he could have chosen worse and picked Spurs instead!

Anyway back OT.....my words of wisdom are simply this:

Don't forget to smell the flowers along the way!

Just send me your credit card details, security number, expiry date and I'll subtract a fiver. Trust me, your life will improve immeasurably. As will mine, but that's secondary really.
