    Fridges or fridge/freezers
Come on all you Metro Sexuals recommend one.
Ours is on its last legs, after 25 years I doubt I can get any spares.

The John Lewis brand are manufactured by AEG/Zanussi too which are always most highly rated.

Neither. Our kitchen appliances are cream. I actually find the term white goods amusing on a number of levels.

John Lewis for quality, service & warranty.

Co-op electrical shop online for much cheapness.

+1 for John Lewis. Our electrical engineer fridge friend told us:

    a) Only ever buy Bosch or Meile
    b) Make sure you buy a fridge freezer with dual zone condensers - otherwise the fridge has a pipe from the freezer which pumps the air from the freezer into the fridge - this and the sensors within causes 99% of fridge problems
    c) even if its frost free, defrost it, open for 48 hours in the summer once per year.

Fridges is fridges, as long as they're the right size and keep stuff cold all is good innit?

Nah, we had a Bebo, died very quickly and my sisters did the same. Got a Bosch fridge freezer now, it rocks.

Well the one we have had for 25+ years is a Bauknecht, expensive at the time but has been worth it I think.
Dishwasher and washing machine are Bosch so 'appen a Bosch.
