Strapping wrist for ride when it's really quite sore

I've sort of cacked up my wrist.

Typical Palm out crash injury cuts, bruises and sprain.

I'm currently using a crepe around the wrist across the palm around the wrist typical wrap is there anything more substantive that would help me race more easily tomorrow?

I have a proper "around thumb" adjustable wrist support from my '10 accident in the glovebox.

If Alx's cohesive tape is anything like physio strapping tape (quite stiff and sticky) that's will be great.

All I would say is do the taping whilst sat on the bike or you will end up in a very odd position that just sends the strain/pain further up your arm. And being sticky you don't need to go mad pulling it so tight that the blood gets cut off.

RICE > Rest Ice Compression Elevation and slap some duct tape on it you'll be fine

And gaffa tape has the added benefit of ripping your hair out for that 'just shaved my wrist' look - bonus
