That's about right for me BHB. Had a look at my garmin connect data last night and it shows 6096 metres, but that includes a lot of road riding - no easy way to seperate out mtb and road rides. Strava does that, but I don't upload everything there.

So, unless there's any last minute offers, Tim - base phase wins the contest with a total of 6282m. That's some impressive riding Tim, nice one.

It's been a lot of fun sharing and comparing our riding last month, I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to everyone that took part.

    Should we do it again?

Yes we should, as I am embarking on some hill training, well that's the plan anyways.

Erm... I think everyone was including road riding!

If it was just MTB I'd be down to something like 2000m!

If it was just MTB I'd have zero metres.

I'm always a fan of including both Av speed and Height...I mean KOM isn't just about amount climbed is it...but that's just complex.

I'd be happy to include both MTB and Road figures though.

Whoop! - My figures probably breakdown something like 20% pure Mtb 20% pure road and 60% on the CX bike where I at least tacked some off road sections as part of each ride.

Added up... came to 3640m, not bad considering I only got to the big hills for one weekend in April.

Hehe...that's not quite all mine either tbh, but it wouldn't have improved my position. Well done Tim.

If we're doing units this month that's unfair as I'm currently cutting back to just the one bottle of wine a night :-(

You can only count that bottle if it's consumed during, or immediately after, a bike ride. Oh, and commuting doesn't count
