    Tell me about it. Ever since I've gained weight my knees have been excrutiatingly painful but I am guilty of attempting the Hammer Shuffle in my youth, so maybe the damage was done way back...

    I don't rember anyone telling me that your knees don't last! My Dad played vets football into his mid sixties and never complained about his.

    My left knee is well shagged and my right cracks and clicks.....

    (Don't recall attempting any Hammer moves, but can still do a nifty moonwalk, when the mood takes me!)
