In most petrol stations and generally speaking across the country there have have been widespread shortages of common sense.

The wife went to fill up to get to work this morning leaving home just before 5am, a bit earlier than normal to allow time to que for fuel and be at work for 7.
All the local stations were shut or had no diesel, so she went out of her way qued for 40 minutes to find no diesel again, by the time she found some it and put it in the tank it was just after 7 and still an hour and a bit to travel to work, so she was late and so were a few of her colleagues, on the childrens ward.

Now all the petrol stations are quiet, and noticeable the ones cashing in by putting prices additionally up are very quiet. Thieving scum.

French? Strike? I was in Eurodisney last week and even they were at it. The big parade was cancelled due to protestors marching around - 3yo was not pleased!
