I fcuking hate it, full of brainless nobeds."What time does this train leave ? It says quarter Past four on the board""Twelve minutes past""Oh that's near enough"NO FCUKWIT come at 4:15 and you've missed it Plus being racially abused and spat at.I've now decided I myself will be racist and hate all Asians, except maybe the nice people in our local Thai resturant and Zaf.Logical

Ohh, see what mistake you've made there Dalesman?
You've chosen to work with that there public, that's the issue.
Most people are morons. There are a few family and friends who I don't mind too much though..

Can't imagine working weekends any more. That said, most weekends I do seem to be doing something work-related, but if I'm riding my bike I'm happy

I have to work at weekends when deadlines are required, but as I self manage I do my best to self-manage myself out of it.
I've just turned down the opportunity to work six months of this year in the US and India, which essentially means I've by default become responsible for holding the fort for the UK business as we send other resource oversea's, so it may become more prevelant :-/aka Sean / Sandeep / Sylvian / Seamus....

Saturdays and sundays are hell on the railway, high number of Morons travelling to wander aimlessly around shops, why ?
Mind it keeps them out the countryside.Logical

Since I dropped my on-call commitment to part time, I only do one weekend duty per month - maybe two if I'm, particularly, unlucky. Improved my quality of life no end, ah tell thee.

I work one full weekend a month and also 2 bank holidays a year so i'll be getting them out the way over easter weekend.
My other job has a lot of weekend work but I enjoy it so its not an issue unlike dragging my arse in to the office.

I was thinking, I worked a Sunday once. Gave it up as a bad idea.

I made an error of judgement, it wont happen again.
However I'm working today, not much I can do about that. :-(Logical

I work a Saturday, only because I get paid double time....

Stayed late last night (7:30) and asked in today (Saturday) expecting we'd have all the Regression testing done and be home for lunch. Nice plan.
The first thing we tested was f**ked and everything since, including the live Production system. Investigating/documenting the defects mean that it's nearly 1pm and I have not even started the planned work yet.
I hate working weekends! Now I have to make sure everything's done before I leave so I can go on my North Shore ride tomorrow morning!
