Time for a new bike. And not being a fashion victim am not too proud to take an '02 model as there's several hundred pounds off.Evans, and others, are still knocking out '01 models at silly prices. Apart from the tyres being a bit flat can anyone see any problems with an '01 model?

And other than the components being '01 models? Nope.

M.B: Nope, go for it! If you're unsure get an '02 instead of '01.A.A: Are you really an Archangel?

Weeeeeeeeell, I spend a lot of time on me steed, and the boss is beginning to question my devotion to the cause......

Keep on the two wheels, anything that stops you doing your day job, Angel of Death.

Suits me, Mister D. Don't really like my day job anyway - I'd much rather be zipping along leafy trails with the wind blowing through my long curly locks and ruffling my feathered wings, than calling mortals to account.

yes def get an 01 model. You have the added advantage of being able to trawl through various forums and newsgroups to read peoples long term experiences of each model as well to help you choose which one you will get.

Do the wings help when trying to get air"?"

I should say so! But they do tend to get in the way on some technical sections, and trying to get a cycle jacket to accommodate them is a nightmare :o)

I find that Baked Beans do the trick!

True, but I get a much gentler landing, and I don't offend those I'm riding with (Metatron's got a very sensitive nose...).
